Deliverable Report D 7.4: Mid-term dissemination report

Dissemination and communication activities are key enablers to promote the SILENSE project to the wider public as well as to attract the attention of the scientific & the industrial stakeholder community.

During the first half of the project duration the main objective was to create public awareness while promoting the project topic, its main aim and its applications potential to the brought end-users and stakeholder community. In the first 18 months the project have developed its own identity and enhanced its visibility to the broad SILENSE community.

As the project is focused on developing and applying ultrasound technology for different do-mains, the project consortium addressed for each of the domains the relevant stakeholder com-munity that benefits from SILENSE’s achievements and is very likely to utilize the breakthrough results and new concepts.

This deliverable report D7.4 covers the project dissemination and supporting communication activities carried out during the first 18 months of the project. It followed and reviewed dissemi-nation and communication plans reported in D7.1 and serves as a basis for final dissemination report D7.6.
